Here at STV we have a team dedicated to helping you with anything you wish to know about STV, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us with any questions you may have around our programming, website and services.
We can be contacted by phone, email and letter.

We always endeavour to provide the highest of customer service; however we are aware that with all our services at STV, we may not always get it right. We welcome feedback of any kind therefore if you have a complaint to make about anything STV related please get in touch so we can resolve it.


How you can complain

You can make a complaint about STV programming, websites or services by contacting STV Enquiries. See “Contact Us” above. 

What we’ll do

Our aim is to solve any problem to your complete satisfaction, and our enquiries team will try to do this as quickly as possible, or within 10 working days. Please note that if the complaint is complex it may take a little longer to resolve.  If the complaint is of the complex nature we’ll try to keep you regularly updated on its progress.
