“This was an utterly despicable act.”
Police ScotlandDetective Chief Inspector Debbie Duncan said: “We hope this sentence brings some form of comfort to the family of Naso, whose loss continues to be deeply felt. Our thoughts remain with her loved ones.
“This was a heartbreaking and senseless crime that took the life of a much-loved woman and devoted mother of three.
“We remain committed to bringing those who commit such violent acts to justice.”
The Scottish Social Services Council removed him from the register on Thursday following his murder conviction.
Isaacs had worked in the sector since 2019, with his place of employment listed as London.
He was given the opportunity to have his case heard by a fitness to practice panel but failed to respond to the regulator and was struck off.
