A search is underway for a 14-year-old girl who has been missing overnight in stormy weather.
Tya Miller, from Newton in West Lothian, was last seen in Duddingston Crescent at around 11am on Friday.
Concern for the teenager are now growing as the area is hit by torrential rain and gale force winds.
A yellow weather warning for wind and rain is active until 6pm on Saturday.
Tya is known to have connections in Bathgate and Livingston, particularly the Deans and Craighill areas.
She is described as being around 5ft9 with long hair, currently dyed dark brown.
When last seen she was wearing a cropped white top, grey leggings, a black bomber style jacket and white trainers.
Inspector Dougie Simpson of Livingston Police Station said: “Concern is growing as Tya is just 14-years-old and has now been missing overnight.
“I would urge anyone who knows where she is to get in touch.
“I would also ask Tya herself to get in touch with her family or police to let us know that she is safe.
“Anyone who can help should call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 1210 of 10 January.”
