Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a man who has gone missing from the Kirkcaldy area.

Barry Logan was last seen around 9.20am on Thursday on Whytemans Brae and is believed to be driving a blue Skoda Enyaq.

The 50-year-old is described as white, 5ft 8in, balding and has grey/brown facial hair. It’s not known what he is wearing.

Inspector Kim Stuart said: “Barry has not been missing before, and as a result, we are concerned for his welfare.

“Barry, who has connections to the Pitlochry and Aberdeenshire areas, is believed to be driving a blue Skoda Enyaq with the registration number SK24 PVY.

“I’m appealing to anyone who may have seen Barry, or knows where he may be, to please contact police.

“I’d also say to Barry, if you see this appeal, please get in touch with your family or police.  We all want to make sure you are safe and well.”

Information can be passed to police via 101, quoting incident number 0974 of Thursday, October 3.
