A total of 120 cases of coronavirus have been identified in an outbreak at Edinburgh Napier University.
NHS Lothian said the positive results had been confirmed from the establishment by Thursday morning, with a small number in the University of Edinburgh and Queen Margaret University.
It brings the full tally to more than 125 cases.
The health board said it was urging all students to follow all national guidance to prevent the spread of the virus.
On Wednesday it was confirmed that at least 124 students have tested positive for coronavirus at the University of Glasgow.
The total number of Covid-19 cases is expected to be much higher as the university, located in the west end of the city, is dealing with “two significant clusters”.
More than 600 students are self-isolating.
