Delays, alterations to services and cancellations are ongoing to train services after Edinburgh Waverley station was evacuated amid a fire alarm at rush hour.
The alarm was raised shortly before 6.30pm on Thursday, August 27.
At the time ScotRail said it was unable to operate any services to or from the station.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue have now confirmed that the station can now reopen but the rail operator warned delays, alterations and cancellations will occur as it gets trains back into position.
