A street in Fife was taped off on Sunday after a man was found dead in a vehicle.
Emergency services were called to Cocklaw Street in Kelty at around 4.45pm after reports of an incident.
A 71-year-old man was pronounced dead inside the vehicle.
Detectives are not treating the death as suspicious. A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the death of a 71-year-old man within a vehicle on Cocklaw Street in Kelty shortly after 4.45pm on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
“There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
