A fourth man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman killed in a car chase in Falkirk last year.
Amy-Rose Wilson, originally from Newcastle, was killed during a two-vehicle collision on the B902 New Carron Road on July 29, 2023.
The 27-year-old, who was living in Bo’ness, was driving a silver Vauxhall Vectra at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering fatal injuries.
A black C-Class Mercedes left the scene and was later recovered abandoned
Officers arrested a 23-year-old at Stansted Airport, London, in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, December 30.
Andrew Gregoire, of Canvey Island in Essex, previously appeared in court facing nine charges including murder and attempted murder.
Anthony Davidson also appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court charged with murder and attempted murder on June 24 this year.
The pair along with Steven Hornsby, 54, are also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Their trial is due to take place in March 2025.
