An investigation has been launched after the unexplained death of a man at a Fife home on Monday.
The Scottish Ambulance Service dispatched three ambulances to the property on Leadside Crescent in Dunfermline at around 8pm.
Police Scotland were alerted to the death of a man 45 minutes later.
Detectives are treating the incident as unexplained. An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.45pm on Monday, March 23, 2026, officers were called to a property on Leadside Crescent, Dunfermline following the death of a man.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
