A man has been charged in connection with a robbery which took place on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to the Duke Street area of Edinburgh at around 5.55pm following reports of the incident.
Images taken from the scene near the junction of Crown Place show four police vehicles in attendance.
A 37-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the robbery. He was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 5.55pm on Sunday, February 16, to a report of a robbery in the Duke Street area of Edinburgh.
“A 37-year-old man was arrested and charged and due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, February 17, 2025.”
