A man has been charged after police discovered a cannabis farm worth almost £350,000 on Wednesday in Edinburgh.
Officers acting on information searched a flat on Calder Road at around 12pm where they found a cannabis cultivation.
The drugs recovered are estimated to be worth in excess of £347,760. A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
The man was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday. A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
