An investigation has been launched following the death of a man near Arthur’s Seat.
Emergency services were called to Queen’s Drive in Edinburgh after reports of a male being found injured at around 7.45am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained, and an investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.45am on Monday, November 3, 2025, officers were called to a report of a man having been found injured on Queen’s Drive, Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained, and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
