A man has died in hospital after being found seriously injured at a caravan park in East Lothian.

Emergency services were called to reports of a man injured at Thurston Manor Leisure Park in Dunbar at around 2.25pm on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old was taken to hospital, where he passed away on Thursday.

Enquiries remain ongoing, and the Health and Safety Executive has been made aware.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.25pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, we received a report of a man injured at a premises in the Innerwick area of Dunbar.

“Emergency services attended, and the 34-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries; however, he died on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

“A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. The Health and Safety Executive has been made aware.”

East Lothian Council have been contacted for comment.
