Police are appealing for information after a man was hit by a car in Tullibody.
The 20-year-old pedestrian was on Tullibody Road, between Tullibody and Menstrie, around 10.05pm on Sunday, when he was struck by a blue Mercedes C-Class.
Emergency services attended, and the man was taken to hospital for treatment. The driver was uninjured.
Officers are keen to speak to a motorcyclist who left the scene before police arrived, but could have witnessed the crash.
Sergeant Lee Walkingshaw said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and I am appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
“There was a motorcycle at the scene which left prior to police arrival and we are keen to speak to the rider as they may have witnessed the crash.
“I would ask anyone who was in the area who may have dash cam footage which could assist to contact us.”
