Fife Jammer LocationsA man has been taken to hospital, and a suspect has been arrested after a serious assault in Fife.
Emergency services were called to Carden Avenue in Cardenden at around 7am on Friday following reports of an attack.
A man was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.
Officers have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with the assault.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7am on Friday, July 10, 2026, officers received a report of a serious assault on Carden Avenue, Cardenden.
“A man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
