Google MapsA man has been pronounced dead after being found unresponsive near a bridge in Fife.
Police were alerted to the discovery of the man near to Bawbee Bridge in Leven around 8.45am on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene, however the man was pronounced dead.
The death is being treated as unexplained, but is not thought to be suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
