A man has been taken to hospital after an alleged attack with a bladed weapon at a holiday park in East Lothian.
Emergency services were called to reports of a man being assaulted at the Thurston Manor park near Dunbar around 12.25am on Sunday.
A 21-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
It is understood that a bladed weapon was used during the attack, and the incident involved guests at the park.
Officers say enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.25am on Sunday, August 9, we received a report of a man being assaulted at a premises in the Innerwick area near Dunbar.
“Emergency services attended, and the 21-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
