A man was taken to hospital following an alleged stabbing in Edinburgh.
Emergency services were called to the capital’s London Road at around 8.40am on Sunday morning following reports of a disturbance.
Medical crews transported a man to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
Officers charged a 30-year-old man in connection with the attack. He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.40am on Sunday, November 16, 2025, we received a report of a disturbance on London Road, Edinburgh.
“One man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
“A 30-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, November 17, 2025.”
