A man has been taken to hospital after a three-car crash near a retail park in Edinburgh.
Emergency services were called to the A720 between the Gogar roundabout and Hermiston Gait around 9.10am on Thursday morning.
One man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh following the crash.
The road was closed for over two hours before reopening at around 12.20pm.
Police said enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10am on Thursday, November 7, 2024, we were called to a report of a three-car crash on the A720 between Gogar roundabout and Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended and one man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
