A man has been taken to hospital and arrested after a one-vehicle crash in Fife on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the A917 near Drumeldrie at around 7.20am.
Images of the scene show police and ambulance crews surrounding a blue car which appears to have skidded and been severely damaged.
A 37-year-old man was taken to Victoria Hospital for treatment. Officers charged him with road traffic offences.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.20am on Friday, May 30, 2025 we received a report of a one vehicle crash on the A917, Drumeldrie, Leven.
“A 37-year-old man was taken to Victoria Hospital for treatment.
“He was arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences and a report will be made to the Procurator Fiscal.”
