More than 30 people have been charged after a party was reportedly held at a rented holiday home during the Christmas festivities.
Police said they attended a property in Lochard Road, Aberfoyle, at around 11.10am on Sunday, December 27, following reports of a gathering.
Officers said 32 people were found inside and they have since been charged with culpable and reckless conduct.
Aberfoyle, which is located on the edge of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, moved into level four of the Covid-19 restrictions along with the rest of mainland Scotland on Boxing Day.
Under the tier four rules, indoor visiting is banned and no more than six people from two households can meet outdoors.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.10am on Sunday, December 27, police received a report of a gathering at a rented property in Lochard Road, Aberfoyle.
“Officers attended and 32 people were discovered within. All 32 people have been charged with culpable and reckless conduct and will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
