A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital after a crash with a car that closed a road in the Scottish Borders.
Emergency services closed down the A68 at St Boswells, following a collision between a car and a motorcycle at around 4.30pm on Wednesday.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man, was taken to The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh by helicopter for treatment.
Enquiries into the crash remain ongoing.
The road has now fully reopened to traffic.
