Police have released CCTV images of a man they believe may be able to assist with an investigation into threatening behaviour in Fife.

The incident took place in the Lumphinnans area around 4.45pm on Monday, 10 March 2025, when a threatening message was discovered at a property on Hilton View.

Officers are appealing for information as enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

The man officers wish to trace is described as white, aged between 25 and 30, of medium build, with light brown hair.

At the time, he was wearing a blue top and black trousers.

Detective Sergeant Alexander Brydon said: “I’m appealing for this man, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward as we continue our enquiries into this incident.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2310 of March 10.
