A second suspect has been charged in connection with the death of a man found injured at a house in Whitburn.
Police were called to the address in the Gilchrist Crescent area of the town in West Lothian at around 2.20pm on December 19.
A 56-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. He has since been named as Grzegorz Bialy.
Three days later, a 48-year-old man was charged with his Mr Bialy’s murder.
Rafal Niewojt, from Whitburn, appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, December 22.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
On Friday, February 27, a second man was arrested and charged in connection with Mr Bialy’s death.
The 43-year-old is expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, March 2.
