Seven people have been charged after police seized £50,000 of heroin and cocaine from properties in Edinburgh.
Officers carried out search warrants at four addresses in Moredunvale Bank on Thursday, as part of an “intelligence-led operation”.
The Class A drugs were recovered from the properties.
Five men, aged 23 to 56, and two women, aged 33 and 37, are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
Detective inspector Bob Campbell said: “This enforcement action was carried out following an intelligence-led operation.”
He added the public play a “vital role in assisting investigations” and urged anyone with concerns about drugs in their community to contact 101.
