Fire crews have been called to tackle a blaze which has taken hold of a building in Fife.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident just off Ferry Toll Road in Rosyth at around 9.27pm on Monday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent two appliances to the scene, which remain in attendance.
It is not known if there are any injuries.
Images of the scene show thick plumes of black smoke billowing into the sky from a fire located within a wooded area.
Other pictures circulating on social media show that the smoke emanating from the blaze is visible from the other side of the River Forth.
