Two taken to hospital after one-car crash in Fife

Two people have been taken to hospital after a one-car crash in Fife.

Emergency services were called to the incident on Hendry Road in Kirkcaldy at around 10.30pm on Thursday.

A male and female were taken to hospital for treatment.

The female driver was issued a fixed penalty notice by officers.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30pm on Thursday, September 3, 2026, we received a report of a crash involving one car on Hendry Road, Kirkcaldy.

“Emergency services attended and a male and female were taken to hospital for treatment.

“The female driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice.”
