Two teenagers have been charged in connection with attempted murder after an alleged stabbing in Edinburgh.
A 16-year-old boy was chased by a gang and attacked on Stenhouse Avenue West around 9pm on Sunday, police said.
He was taken to hospital, where he remains. His condition is currently unknown.
Two 17-year-old males have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and are due to appear in court on Christmas Eve.
Police say they are continuing to follow further positive lines of enquiry.
