A woman has died following a three-vehicle crash in West Lothian.
Emergency services attended the incident on Cousland Road, Livingston, around 3.20pm on Wednesday.
A woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while four people were taken to hospital.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “We are currently in attendance following a serious road crash between three vehicles on Cousland Road in Livingston.
“The crash happened around 3.20pm. A woman has been pronounced dead at the scene.
“Four people have been taken to hospital. No further information on injuries at this time.
“The road is closed and diversions are in place.”
