Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro have been forced to postpone their US tour due to an issue with their visas.
Frontman Simon Neil took to social media to inform fans that the tour, set to start in Los Angeles next week, had been postponed due to an error with their visas.
The visibly frustrated rocker said, “Some f****** genius put the wrong start date” on their work visas, meaning they were not due to start until after the planned tour wrapped up.
Neil, from Ayr, said dates would be rescheduled for April or May 2026, and that existing tickets would be honoured.
He acknowledged that fans may already have booked flights and accommodation and apologised to those left out of pocket.
The tour is set to celebrate their 10th album Futique, which topped the UK charts earlier this year.

Biffy are due to embark on a UK tour in January, including dates in Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Simon said on the band’s social media page: “Some f****** genius put the wrong start date into our work visa, so when we received our visas in the last couple of days, we realised it doesn’t begin until after our tour is meant to finish.
“We’ve been in touch with four or five immigration lawyers, we’ve been in touch with Congress.
“There’s [nothing] any of them can do to help.”
He added: “I completely understand if you want to get refunds and you’ve lost faith in us.
“I get it, and I’d be f****** raging at us too. You can’t be any madder at us than I am…Thanks for your time and sorry for f****** wasting it.”
