Drive-in Halloween movies are set to land at Edinburgh Airport.

The spooktacular four-day event will transport audiences into a fright-filled world of cinema with 12 classics to choose from, including The Lost Boys, Scream and Rocky Horror Picture Show.

A spine-chilling selection of family favourites – including Hocus Pocus, Ghostbusters, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and Coco – will also be shown.

Pre-screening entertainment will include Halloween-themed sing-alongs, a film quiz with prizes, and a competition for best costumes and carved pumpkins displayed on dashboards.

Created by Edinburgh International Film Festival and Unique Events, the movies will be screened between Thursday, October 29 and Sunday, November 1.

The organisers said strict health and safety measures will be put in place amid the coronavirus pandemic.
