Pop superstar Ed Sheeran will bring his latest European tour to Scotland with two nights at Hampden Park in the summer of 2022.
It was revealed on Friday that the chart-topper will return to Glasgow for the first time in three years with concerts at the national stadium on June 16 and 17 as part of a 27-night run throughout the continent starting in April and ending in September.
The Shape Of You singer announced the dates for the first leg of his Mathematics stadium tour that will kick-off in Cork, Ireland, on April 28 next year.
It will be his first time on the road since his record-breaking world tour that ran for two years between 2017 and 2019 and became the highest grossing tour in history in the process.
He will play in 14 shows in eight cities throughout the UK and Ireland, including Belfast, Cardiff and London before taking the tour to mainland Europe, including gigs in Amsterdam, Paris and Copenhagen before ending the first leg in Frankfurt on September 23.
The 30-year-old, who is currently at number one in the official UK charts with Bad Habits, will release his latest album Asylum on October 29.
He played five Scottish dates in his last tour, all in Glasgow, with two at the Hydro in 2017 and a run of three sold-out shows at Hampden in 2018.
Tickets for his latest tour will go on public sale on Saturday, September 25.
