Comedy star Kevin Bridges has added three extra Glasgow shows to his upcoming stand-up tour.
The Overdue Catch Up tour was announced last week with six shows at the Hydro in September next year, followed by another Scottish date at Aberdeen’s P&J Arena on October 1.
Due to demand, an additional three shows on September 8, 15 and 22 have now been announced for the Hydro after fans scrambled to get tickets for the initial run.
Kicking off in Liverpool in July 2022, his tour will run for five months and take in cities across the UK and Ireland, including Manchester, Dublin, Belfast and Cardiff, before finishing up in London in December.
The tour will be Bridges’ first live gigs since 2018, when he sold out the Hydro for a record 19 nights.
Bridges thanked fans for their support on Twitter ahead of the announcement, teasing that more dates would soon be announced.
He tweeted: “Some extra tickets will be coming soon and then there’s the general sale on Friday.
“Very much appreciated and I’ll try my best to make sure everyone gets along for a laugh.”
