Lewis Capaldi has landed his second official UK number one with hit single Before You Go.
The singer from West Lothian’s first chart topping hit came with Someone You Loved in October.
And it hasn’t taken long for the 23-year-old from Bathgate to do it again, with the single which he has described as “by far the most personal tune” he has written.
Capaldi enjoyed an unforgettable year in 2019, with his debut album spending eight weeks in total at number one.
Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent became the biggest selling album of the year, certifying platinum in just ten weeks. It has since gone double platinum.
This year shows no signs of slowing down either, with a number of sold out shows on the horizon.
