Iconic British girl group Sugababes have announced their first UK tour in over two decades – with dates in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The original line up of the multi-platinum trio will embark on a 17 date tour in October and November this year, starting in Bristol on October 16.

Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan will wrap up the tour with two Scottish dates in Edinburgh, on November 5 at the Usher Hall, and at Glasgow’s O2 Academy on November 6.

Presale tickets will be available for purchase from 10am on June 30, while general on-sale tickets will be available for purchase from 10am Friday, July 1.

The chart toppers, who are one of the biggest selling British girl groups of all time, have achieved six number one hits in the UK, including fan favourites such as Push the Button, Round Round, and Hole in the Head – the only British girl band to have had more are the Spice Girls.

Speaking about the tour announcement the Sugababes said: “We’re so excited to come full circle and announce our own headline UK tour.  We’ll be hitting the road in October and November – can’t wait to see you all there.”
