Take That announce second date at Hampden following 'phenomenal demand'

The band will bring their popular Circus Live tour to Glasgow's Hampden Park on June 12 and 13, 2026.

Take That have announced a second stadium concert date in Scotland due to “phenomenal” demand.

Originally staged in 2009, the Circus Live tour broke UK records as the fastest-selling in history, with over 600,000 tickets sold in under five hours.

More than one million fans attended the sell-out shows across the UK and Ireland, and more than 17 years later, the pop icons announced last Friday they are bringing it back.

The tour kicks off on May 29, 2026, before the band heads to Glasgow’s Hampden Park on Friday, June 12.

After tickets for their opening show sold out in less than 24 hours, the group have announced a second Scottish date for Saturday, June 13.

Gary Barlow and co are also set to play stadium shows in Southampton, London, Coventry, Sunderland, Manchester, Cardiff and Dublin.

The Script, who supported Take That on the original Circus Live tour, will appear as special guests alongside Belinda Carlisle at all UK shows.

The band said: “The Circus tour was one of our favourite experiences as a band and, in the years since, we’ve talked many times about how much we’d love to do it again one day.

“Well, that time has come! We’re so excited to welcome audiences old and new across the UK and Ireland to the spectacle of The Circus Live next summer. See you out there.”

Tickets for both dates go on sale on Friday, September 26, at 9.30am on Ticketmaster.

Fans can get first access to tour tickets by pre-ordering the band’s tenth studio album, which will be released in late 2026, from the Take That official website.
