Tom Jones will play a second date at this year’s Edinburgh Summer Sessions because of “phenomenal demand”.
The It’s Not Unusual singer will now perform at Princes Street Gardens on Monday, August 10, as well as a sold out gig at the venue on Saturday August 8.
Announcing on social media, Jones said: “Scotland, you like to celebrate. Due to phenomenal demand we have added a second show at Edinburgh’s Summer Sessions for Monday 10th August.”
The music legend will be joined by Michael Kiwanuka, The 1975, McFly, Simple Minds and Travis who are all set to perform shows at the festival in August.
Tickets for Jones’ second gig go on sale on Friday at 10am.
