A body has been found after police launched a search for an 86-year-old man reported missing in the Highlands.
Patrick Mills was last seen at around 9am on Monday, February 5 when he left his home address in Nairn.
Police confirmed a body was found in the Lochindorb area at around 3pm on Tuesday.
The 86-year-old’s family have been informed.
Police say formal identification is yet to take place but there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
