Google MapsA Chinese woman has been charged after a motorcyclist died in a crash between a car and two Harley Davidsons on the A9.
Die Huang appeared at Perth Sheriff Court on Tuesday charged with two Road Traffic Act offences, including dangerous driving.
The 50-year-old, whose address was given as Guangdong Province in China, made no plea and was committed for further examination.
Huang was remanded in custody and will appear before the court within the next eight days.
Emergency services were called to the three vehicle crash around three miles north of the B847, Calvine Road junction, around 1.30pm on June 23.
The driver of the one of the motorcycles, a 63-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passengers of the car were taken to Ninewells Hospital while the road was closed for seven hours to allow investigations to be carried out.
