A 56-year-old man has been charged after two men suffered injuries during a disturbance in Inverness.
Police were called to a property on Mackintosh Road at around 8.25am on Sunday.
A 51-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment while a 35-year-old also suffered injuries
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.25am on Sunday we were called to a report of a disturbance at a property in Mackintosh Road, Inverness.
“Emergency services attended and a 51-year-old man was taken to Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, for treatment. His injuries are not described as life-threatening.
“A 35-year-old man suffered minor injuries in the incident.
“A 56-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.”
Police said a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
