Part of a major road in the Highlands has been reopened after a two-car crash amid Storm Babet.
Police shut the A82 at Balchraggan on Saturday morning following reports of the collision between two vehicles shortly after 9am.
Roadside recovery teams and emergency crews were dispatched to the area, with the road closed for more than two hours while an initial investigation was carried out.
It is unknown whether anyone was seriously injured.
Police Scotland said the road reopened at around 11.20am.
“Around 9.05am on Saturday, October 21 we received a report of two vehicle crash on the A82, Inverness,” a spokesperson said.
“Emergency services attended and recovery was arranged.”
