A landslide and flooding has forced major Scottish roads to close for several hours.
A yellow weather warning for rain for northern areas in Scotland was issued for Monday with flooding causing disruption to transport.
The A82 at Drumnadrochit was closed at around 10am on Monday as debris was reported on the road due to a landslide.
Drivers have been urged by Traffic Scotland to find alternative routes with the road still closed into Monday night.
An operation to clear the debris remains ongoing with a fresh weather warning for ice to hit the Highlands and Islands from Tuesday.
Images shared by NW Trunks Road show water running down on to the road.
In a post on social media, they wrote: “The BEAR team is still working with Highland Council to stop water flowing down the hill from the local road, onto the A82 north of Drumnadrochit.
“We’ll then be able to start clearing up the debris on the road, which currently remains closed.”
Police Scotland also confirmed flooding forced the closure of the A85 due to flooding at Loch Lubhair.
The land adjacent to the junctions on the A827 to Killin and the A82 at Crianlarich are also closed.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area and find alternative routes as the road remains closed in both directions.
