A man and a woman have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a wall and a telephone pole in the Highlands.
Emergency services were called to the A862 near Inchberry at around 11.35pm on Saturday following reports of a collision involving a grey Ford Fiesta.
Two passengers, a 21-year-old woman and 31-year-old man, were taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment.
Following enquiries, officers are looking to trace a red Ford Fiesta seen in the area at the time.
Sergeant Calum MacAulay said: “I’m keen to trace the red Ford Fiesta and the occupants, who may have vital information about the circumstances of the crash. I’d urge them to make contact with police.
“I’d also ask anyone else who saw what happened to come forward. Drivers with dash-cam footage of the A862 near Inchberry around the time on Saturday night, please review this and bring anything of significance to our attention.”
Those with information are urged to contact 101, quoting reference 3363 of January 17.
