A man is in hospital and a road in the Highlands was closed following a rush hour collision involving three vehicles on Friday morning.
At around 7am, police were called to a report of the three-vehicle crash on the A835 near Conon Bridge.
One man was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition is currently unknown.
Traffic Scotland reported shortly after 8am that the A835 between Tore and Conon Bridge was closed in both directions as a result of the incident.
The road reopened at around 8.40am.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7am on Friday, November 24, 2023, we were called to a report of a three-vehicle crash on A835 near Conon Bridge.
“Emergency services attended and one man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The road was closed and reopened around 8.40am.”
