A man who who was reported missing after failing to return from walking in the Scottish Highlands has been found safe.
Paul Conway had travelled from Newcastle to Glenfinnan by train on September 10 and had planned to walk the Glenfinnan to Inverie trail.
The 67-year-old failed to arrive at the end of the route as expected on Friday and was reported missing.
Mountain rescue teams, the RAF and search dogs were brought in to help with the search.
Police confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Paul had been traced. No further information on his condition has been given.
