A road in the Highlands has been closed off by police for nearly 24 hours after concerns were raised at a property.
Emergency services were called to Coronation Place in Castletown at around 12.25pm on Monday following reports of concern for a man inside a property.
Negotiators have been called to assist with the incident.
Images taken from the scene show the road closed with a cordon in place and a fire appliance on the scene.
Inspector Kay Macrae said: “Around 12.25pm on Monday, November 4, 2024, we were called after concern was raised for a man within a house on Coronation Place, Castletown.
“Officers and negotiators are in attendance.”
