Police are appealing for information after koi carp were stolen from a pond in the Highlands twice in one week.
Officers are investigating separate high-value thefts of koi from a secure garden pond in Lybster in Caithness.
The koi carp were stolen sometime between the evening of Saturday, April 25 and the early hours of Sunday, April 26.
Then, in the early hours of Wednesday, April 29, further koi carp were stolen.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone with CCTV or doorbell camera footage within the area.
A statement read: “Please contact us on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you can help, quoting CR/0184095/26.”
