A man has denied raping a woman in a park after a night out.
Ryan Mackenzie, 21, allegedly attacked the 18-year-old in Forres, Moray, on July 27, 2018.
Further allegations include seizing her by the body and pushing her to the ground.
Mackenzie is also accused of raping a 15-year-old at a property in Moray, in September 2016.
He is also accused of pushing the girl on the body, lying on top of her as well as attempting to kiss her on the mouth and neck.
The former bricklaying apprentice from Elgin denies the two rape charges at a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
His lawyer Edith Forrest asked if he raped the 15-year-old girl and he replied: “No.”
Mackenzie earlier told jurors that the pair continued to speak on amicable terms after the date of the alleged rape.
The court heard of an alleged second rape by Mackenzie at Cooper Park in Forres.
Mackenzie claimed he was out with friends drinking before walking the 18-year-old home at the end of the night.
He said: “We were speaking and flirting and getting to know each other, there was a point where we kissed.
“In the park there was touching and hugging and feeling each other while kissing. It makes me nervous talking about this.”
He stated that they both committed a consensual sex act on each other.
Mackenzie claimed the pair stopped after he looked at his phone and believed his mum would lock the house door as it was late.
He then claimed the pair hugged and kissed before going their separate ways.
Mackenzie added: “We were both calm and happy and generally okay. I then found my mum had locked the door when I got back so I went to my friend’s house and stayed with him.”
The trial continues before judge Graham Buchanan.
