Ronnie Dukes was attempting to capture a beauty shot of the mountain in the Highlands but the bird’s head popped in front of his lens.
The 61-year-old was out on his bike cycling around Loch Lomond on May 5.
“At that time, the snow was still visible,” he said. “I was out on my bike and I sat by a wee stony beach and saw two swans about.
“I was taking photographs of the swans with Ben Lomond in the background but then one came right up to my face and I managed to capture it.”
