An 18-year-old man has been charged following a fatal collision on the A9 in the Highlands.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Aviemore following a crash involving a blue Skoda Octavia and a white Toyota Hilux pick-up at around 1.45pm on Tuesday, March 5.
Roy Bannerman, 60, was driving the Skoda and sustained serious injuries.
He was transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he later died on March 8.
The teen driver of the Toyota had previously been arrested and released pending further enquiries. He has now been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal
